Rodney Rothman is an award-winning writer producer and director. He began working as a writer for the Late Show with David Letterman in the 1990s before becoming head writer and producer in 1998.
He is known for his work with comedy films including Forgetting Sarah Marshall 22 Jump Street and Pop Star.He co-wrote and co-directed the critically acclaimed animated Sony Pictures film Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse. The film received praise from comic book fans and the film industry garnering a number of awards for animation.
