Rodney Cutler's hairstyling career began when he was 16 years old and was offered a four-year apprenticeship at Rifmik, one of Australia's most prestigious hair salons. In this role, he thrived and began winning contests, as well as guest teaching and exhibiting at different hair trade fairs and training schools.
Rodney chose to explore the world after his success in Australia, which led him to New York and finally to his job at Bumble & Bumble Salon in 1992.
