Robert Hugin is chairman and CEO of Celgene a biopharmaceutical company focused on the discovery development and commercialization of innovative therapies for unmet medical needs in cancer and immune-inflammatory disease. Since December 2001 he has been a director of the company after he joined Celgene in June 1999.
Hugin is past chairman of the board of the Pharmaceutical Research and Manufacturers of America. He is also a member of the board of Atlantic Health System, a member of the board of trustees of Princeton University the Medicines Co. and the Darden Foundation at the University of Virginia and of Family Promise a national nonprofit network assisting homeless families.
