Robert Emms is an actor and director best known for his work in films like War Horse (2011), Broken (2012), Kick-Ass 2 (2013), Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom (2018), and the TV series Chernobyl (2019). He has also made television appearances in shows such as Happy Valley by Sally Wainwright, The Street by Jimmy McGovern, and Scott & Bailey.
In 2015, Emms played the role of Smitty in the BBC series Capital, based on John Lanchester's novel of the same name. He also portrayed John Gerard in the BBC series Gunpowder alongside Kit Harrington and Liv Tyler, played Pythagoras in Atlantis for the BBC, and appeared as Leonid Toptunov in Chernobyl.
