Robert Daly was appointed the second director of the Kissinger Institute on China and the United States at the Woodrow Wilson Center in August 2013. Before that, he worked at the Maryland China Initiative and was the American Director of the Johns Hopkins University-Nanjing University Center for Chinese and American Studies in Nanjing.
