After 21 years at Cisco Systems, Rob Lloyd joined Hyperloop One as Chief Executive Officer and Member of the Board in September 2015. Prior to joining Hyperloop Tech, he was the President of Development, Sales, and the Internet of Everything, overseeing 40,000 workers worldwide.
Lloyd oversaw several Cisco innovation initiatives, including the company's Intercloud strategy, data center, and server strategy, and architectural sales and go-to-market programs. In the government, enterprise, and telecommunications industries, he was closely involved in many of the company's major client and partner partnerships.
