Professor of Organizational Behaviour at London Business School, Rob Goffee His first academic degree was in sociology, which he received from the University of Kent in Canterbury, England. Gareth Jones is an IE Business School visiting lecturer in Madrid. He also has a social science background, which he developed at the University of East Anglia in the United Kingdom.
He then joined London Business School's Organizational Behaviour Group, eventually becoming the head of the school's Accelerated Development Programme. He left academia to work as a manager at Polygram before returning to Henley Management College to teach. He eventually became director of human resources and internal communications at the British Broadcasting Company.
