Risa Binder is a country music singer-songwriter originally from Columbia, Maryland. She began singing and performing at a young age, honing her craft in venues throughout Washington, D.C. Binder later moved to New York City to pursue a career in music and began writing and performing her own songs.
She released her debut album, "Paper Heart," in 2014, which received critical acclaim and landed her a spot on CMT's Next Women of Country tour.
