Rick Yune obtained his MBA from the University of Pennsylvania's Wharton School. Before that, he worked various jobs to fund his studies, including working as a hedge fund trader for SAC Capital and as a part-time model.
Yune is skilled in multiple forms of martial arts and was an Olympic-level Taekwondo athlete, having been a strong contender for the US team at age 19. He changed the spelling of his last name from Yun to Yune for Screen Actors Guild (SAG) purposes.
