Rick Sordahl has been cooking since he was able to sit at a table. His ancestors immigrated from Norway around the turn of the century, and he recalls cooking alongside his grandmother in her small kitchen. Chef Sordahl was born and raised in Seattle, graduating from Renton Culinary School and continuing his study at the French Pastry School of Chicago.
Rick began his career as a chef at the Ocean Reef Club in Key Largo and the Resort at Longboat Key on the Florida coast, where he discovered some of the best fish in the country and honed his tremendous seafood cooking abilities.
