Rick Doblin has been working towards becoming a legal psychedelic psychotherapist since 18. In 1986, he founded the Multidisciplinary Association for Psychedelic Studies (MAPS), a nonprofit pharmaceutical company focused on psychedelics. He has grown into an international organization. Doblin received his master's and Ph.D. in public policy from the Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University.
