He is the co-founder and Executive Chairman of Sundial Brands, a personal care company known for its natural and organic products. Dennis started Sundial Brands with his mother and best friend in 1991, using recipes handed down by his grandmother. Today, the company has become a global leader in the beauty industry, with brands such as SheaMoisture and Nubian Heritage. In 2017, Unilever acquired Sundial Brands, making it one of the largest-ever investments in a black-owned consumer products business.
