Richard Howarth is a British industrial designer who is Apple's Vice President of Industrial Design. He joined Apple in 1996 as a senior design team member and has since played a significant role in developing some of Apple's most iconic products, including the iPhone, iPad, MacBook, and Apple Watch. Before joining Apple, Howarth worked as a designer for the British product design company Tangerine. He worked on projects for Yamaha, Epson, and PepsiCo. He has also been a design consultant for numerous companies, including Hewlett-Packard and Siemens.
