Rex Lee, a Korean-American actor, gained recognition for his portrayal of Lloyd, the assistant to the fiery agent Ari Gold, played by Jeremy Piven, in the popular HBO series "Entourage." Born in Ohio, Lee grew up in Massachusetts and California, later graduating from the Oberlin Conservatory of Music.
Before landing his breakout role on "Entourage," he was a casting director on various projects, including the TV movie "The Cure for a Diseased Life." In addition to his role on "Entourage," Lee has also appeared on other TV shows, including "Twins" and "What About Brian." Lee, who is openly gay, drew upon his experience as an assistant to convincingly portray his character on "Entourage." He shared in an interview with ET in January 2007 that the role came naturally to him as he was no stranger to receiving a lot of grief from a boss.
