Rene Auberjonois was an American actor and singer born in New York City on June 1, 1940. He is best known for his roles in film and television, including the character of Odo in Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, Father Mulcahy in the 1970 film MASH, and Chef Louis in Disney's The Little Mermaid.

Auberjonois began his career in theater and was a founding member of the American Conservatory Theater in San Francisco. He received a Tony Award for his musical Coco performance and appeared in several other Broadway productions.
