Regina Honu is a social entrepreneur and the founder of Soronko Academy, a social enterprise focused on providing girls and women with digital skills and access to technology in Ghana. Honu strongly advocates for women in technology and entrepreneurship and has been recognized globally for promoting gender equity in STEM fields.
Born and raised in Ghana, Honu's passion for technology was sparked at a young age. She pursued a computer science degree and worked for several multinational companies in Ghana and the United States, gaining valuable experience in software development, project management, and business analysis. In 2012, Honu founded Soronko Academy to empower girls and women through technology education.
