Reggie Bicha is a public policy expert and non-profit executive who served as the National Association of Social Workers (NASW) Executive Director from 2019 to 2021. Before joining NASW, Bicha was the Executive Director of the Colorado Department of Human Services, overseeing the state's child welfare, adult protection, and behavioral health services.
During his tenure, he implemented several initiatives to improve services for vulnerable populations, including expanding access to mental health care and strengthening the state's child welfare system. Bicha has also held leadership positions at the Colorado Department of Local Affairs and the Urban Peak homeless youth shelter.
