Managing Partner and Founder of Anderson People Strategies, LLC, Redia Anderson, leads the human resources management consulting and executive coaching firm devoted to coordinating business results, talent and performance. She is also a speaker, diversity and inclusion strategist, author, and an executive coach who has served on numerous boards focused on women, children and health issues. Acknowledged nationally as a leader in the field of inclusion and diversity, Anderson is a senior executive with over 25 years experience in illusion management and Human Resources. Formerly a Chief Diversity Officer across industry leading organizations well known for their management depth and leadership strength such as Sears, Abbott Laboratories, Roebuck & Co., Deloitte & Touché LLP and Equiva Services (JV between Shell, Texaco, and Saudi Aramco). Anderson has fortunately committed and led organizations in enterprise-wide changing efforts concentrated on the development and reservation of top performing talent, inclusive of people as women of color. She has interacted with and coached brilliant executives as leaders in positive behavioral shifts which tightly include their business and performance results. She is also an associate executive coach with Lee Hecht Harrison.
