Raven Lacerte is a Canadian activist and advocates for Indigenous issues. She is of Carrier and Scottish ancestry and is a member of the Carrier First Nation in northern British Columbia. Lacerte co-founded the Moose Hide Campaign, a grassroots movement to end violence against women and children.
The campaign invites men to wear a small piece of moose hide to symbolize their commitment to ending violence against women and children. The campaign has grown into a national movement in Canada and has received support from various organizations and leaders. In addition to her work with the Moose Hide Campaign, Lacerte is also involved in other Indigenous-led initiatives.
