Randy Phillips is an experienced entertainment executive who has worked in the music industry for over three decades. He began his career as a concert promoter in the early 1980s, organizing shows for artists such as Prince and The Rolling Stones.
He eventually moved into management and became the president of AEG Live, one of the world's largest concert promotion companies. During his time at AEG, Phillips oversaw some of the biggest tours of all time, including those of U2, The Eagles, and Justin Timberlake. Phillips has also worked as an executive producer for various film and television projects.
