Rachel Yanof is an education activist and the Director of External Affairs for Phoenix Collegiate Academy. She has been working to provide quality education to students in low-income areas for several years. After graduating from Georgetown University with a degree in Economics, she joined Teach For America, where she taught 8th-grade social studies and earned a Master's in Curriculum and Instruction from Arizona State University. As a teacher, she developed an annual Washington D.C. travel program for her students. After completing a year-long Fellowship with Building Excellent Schools, Rachel co-founded Phoenix Collegiate Academy (PCA), a charter school in Arizona. She served as the Lead Founder and continues to work for PCA, advocating for quality education and better opportunities for low-income students. She has also been involved in various educational initiatives, such as working to increase access to higher education for underprivileged students. Rachel is passionate about making a difference in the lives of students. She believes every child deserves a quality education, regardless of their socio-economic background.
