Rachel Martin is an American journalist and radio host. She is currently the co-host of NPR's "Morning Edition" program, one of the most popular radio news shows in the United States. Martin has also worked as a foreign correspondent and has reported from around the world, including the Middle East, Europe, and Africa.
Before joining NPR, Martin worked for ABC News, covering major stories such as Hurricane Katrina, the Iraq War, and the 2008 presidential campaign. She also worked as a reporter for KQED Public Radio in San Francisco and as a producer for CNN in Atlanta.
