Michael Anderson founded The Executive JOY Institute, a consultancy that helps competitive, driven individuals bring joy and happiness into their lives. Before his transformation, Michael had played professional basketball, founded three international software companies, and partied at the Playboy Mansion, but he was deeply unhappy. Hard drugs, alcohol, divorce, and a lawsuit only worsened things.
He pursued a master's in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica. He later founded The Executive JOY Institute to teach others the same tools he used to turn his life around. Michael empowers competitive, driven individuals to live happier, more authentic, and fulfilling lives through speaking, writing, radio shows, and video blogs.
