Qi Zhang is a Chinese-born pianist who has performed extensively worldwide, including in the United States, Europe, and Asia. She began playing the piano at the age of four. She studied at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music and the Juilliard School in New York City.
Zhang has won numerous awards and competitions, including the Gina Bachauer International Piano Competition and the Young Concert Artists International Auditions. She has performed as a soloist with many major orchestras, including the London Philharmonic, the New York Philharmonic, and the San Francisco Symphony.
