Peter Ressler is a 28-year Wall Street search veteran and a globally-recognized keynote speaker, business ethics, and human capital specialist. Peter is the CEO of The Ressler Mitchell Group, a top financial recruiting business that caters to Wall Street's elite. Peter's legendary reputation as the best in financial recruitment, along with international recognition as a pioneer in values-based and socially responsible business, distinguishes him as one of Wall Street's most distinctive voices. Peter earned a business degree from Cornell University and went to work for EJ Lance Mgt., a Wall Street recruiting agency. He rose quickly through the ranks of the company's best producers. Before founding the Ressler Mitchell Group in 1995, he founded the institutional debt and equity capital markets division at the age of 29 and served as its managing director for ten years.
