He rose quickly through the ranks of the company's best producers. Before founding the Ressler Mitchell Group in 1995, he founded the institutional debt and equity capital markets division at the age of 29 and served as its managing director for ten years. Since its start, RMG has had tremendous success.

Peter joined his local Long Island, New York fire department three months after September 11, 2001, and was trained by members of the New York City Fire Department's famed Rescue One and Rescue Four teams. In his rural New Jersey neighborhood, Peter continues to volunteer as a fireman.
