Peter Molyneux is a video game creator and programmer from England. Populous, Dungeon Keeper and Black & White are among his god games, as are Theme Park, the Fable series, and Curiosity - What's Inside the Cube? Godus is now being worked on by his new studio 22Cans. In 2004, Molyneux was inducted into the AIAS Hall of Fame and received an OBE in the New Year's Honours list, which was released on December 31, 2004. In March 2007, the French government bestowed upon him the title of Chevalier of l'Ordre des Arts et des Lettres. The University of Southampton awarded him an honorary Doctor of Science degree in July 2007. In March 2011, he earned the Game Developers Choice Awards' Lifetime Achievement Award, as well as a BAFTA Fellowship at the 2011 British Academy Video Games Awards.
