Peter Gregg Arnett is a journalist from New Zealand. Arnett worked for National Geographic magazine and afterward for a number of television networks, the most famous of which being CNN. He is well-known for his war coverage, which includes the Vietnam and Gulf Wars.
He won the Pulitzer Prize in International Reporting in 1966 for his reporting in Vietnam, where he lived from 1962 to 1975, mostly for the Associated Press news agency. Arnett's book Live from the Battlefield: From Vietnam to Baghdad, 35 Years in the World's War Zones was published in 1994.
