Paula is the co-founder and director of the Think Broader Foundation a media consulting 501(c)(3) with the mission of addressing media bias and promoting equality. She previously served as a leadership coach best-selling author journalist professor and Army intelligence officer. From refugee camps to pyramids she has traveled in more than 70 countries across the globe.
Paula is a graduate of the U.S. Military Academy Universities of Denver and Harvard and has studied at Kings College London and the University of Jordan. Paula is also a competitive Olympic-distance triathlete. She and her husband Scott Broadwell are parents to two young boys.
