Paul Rogers

Paul's role includes the development of a branding campaign that captures the unique benefits of Starbucks as an employer, while recognizing the great value that the company places on its current "partners" or employees. By working closely with key stakeholders across the organization, Paul's ultimate mission is to facilitate the recruitment and retention of future talent to Starbucks by attracting high potential candidates, building meaningful relationships with them, and ensuring a legendary candidate experience.

Prior to joining Starbucks, Paul worked for a leading recruitment communications agency in a hybrid creative/account management role, developing employer branding campaigns and strategies for a number of Fortune 500 organizations. Previously, Paul gained exposure to the creative side of the advertising business by working as a copywriter in brand agencies including DDB and J. Walter Thompson. Paul graduated from the University of Texas in Austin and currently lives in Seattle, Washington
