Paul Francis Tompkins, better known by his stage name Paul F. Tompkins, is an American comedian, actor, and writer who was born in 1967. Mr. Show with Bob and David, Real Time with Bill Maher, and Best Week Ever, subsequently renamed Best Week Ever with Paul F. Tompkins, are among his television credits. He's also the host of The Pod F. Tompkast, which was named #1 on Rolling Stone's list of the Top 10 Comedy Podcasts of 2011. Tompkins started his podcast, The Pod F. Tompkast, in 2010. The podcast features Tompkins discussing a range of issues, as well as footage from his live act at Largo and bits in which Tompkins voices a number of celebrities conversing. The format of the show alternates between host and guest talk, game parts, and humorous music recordings by artists such as Weird Al Yankovic, The Lonely Island, and Flight of the Conchords.
