Paul Carrillo is Co-founder and Executive Director of Southern California Crossroads and serves as the Injury Prevention Coordinator at St. Francis Medical Center - Trauma Department working with individuals who have suffered gunshot or stab wounds as a result of gang violence.
He was raised on the streets of Los Angeles in an environment full of drugs abuse gangs violence and poverty. Paul joined a gang at the age of fifteen and spent the next several years actively involved in gang lifestyle in and out of jail. Paul spent a year in the L.A.
