Patrick Sweeney is a world record holder, entrepreneur, and angel investor. He's from Boston's working-class suburbs, and he paid his way through state school, where he found rowing. He came in second place in the Olympic trials and went on to get a Top 5 MBA near the top of his class, where he got the entrepreneurial bug.
After suffering a rare form of leukemia, he founded three technological businesses, sold them for millions of dollars, and left it all behind. He is an active angel investor in over 30 firms and serves on the boards of the Entertainment Industry Network of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) and Trinity College Dublin.
