Pascal Rigo is a French-American restaurateur who runs Bay Bread, La Boulange, and (previously) Cortez, Chez Nous, Gallette, and other boulangeries, restaurants, and wholesale and retail bakeries in San Francisco and Mill Valley, California. In 2013, the San Francisco bake business La Boulange Cafe & Bakery, famed for its French pastries and sandwich menu, was sold to Starbucks Coffee Co.
