Norm began his career in 1980 as a Commercial Banker at Manufacturers Hanover Trust Company and was a member of the Special Finance Division from 1982 to 1984 when he left to become a member of the Management Buyout Group at The First Boston Corporation. Norm is originally from Winchester MA and lives in Purchase N.Y.
