Nikita Koloff is a retired professional wrestler, actor, and clergyman from the United States. He competed as The Russian Nightmare Nikita Koloff in the 1980s and early 1990s, a play on the moniker of fan-favorite The American Dream Dusty Rhodes (in fact, it was Rhodes who gave him the nickname).
Nikita was recruited into the National Wrestling Alliance by his Uncle Ivan in order to demonstrate Soviet dominance. Their ultimate objective was to dethrone Ric Flair, the NWA World Champion. Koloff was dubbed the Russian Road Warrior because of his physical prowess.
