Nicolle Wallace is a prominent American political commentator, author, and host of MSNBC’s “Deadline: White House.” Hailing from the San Francisco Bay area, she graduated from Berkeley with a B.A. in Mass Communications in 1994 and earned a master’s from Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism in 1996.

Wallace’s political career began in her native state of California before she rose to national prominence under President George W. Bush. She served as Special Assistant to the President and Director of Media Affairs during Bush’s first term and later became White House Communications Director in his second term (2005–2006). She was a senior advisor for John McCain’s 2008 presidential campaign, navigating high-profile challenges like Sarah Palin’s vice-presidential candidacy.
