Nick Vallelonga is a writer director and producer. Vallelonga is best known for the film Green Book for which he won two Academy Awards. He has been acting since the 1970s appearing in around fifty film and television titles including New Girl and ER.
He co-wrote and produced Green Book which is based on his father's relationship with famed African American musician Don Shirley. The film premiered at the Toronto International Film Festival in 2018. The film went on to win three Academy Awards including Best Original Screenplay and Best Picture.
