Neil Parikh is the co-founder and CEO who plays an instrumental role in shaping company culture as Casper expands globally as the world's first sleep brand. Parikh launched an international nonprofit organization while studying for his B.A. at Brown University. During his time at Brown he was class president and was accepted to medical school at age 17.
Prior to founding Casper he designed bacteria and worked on robotics at NASA where he co-authored three patents. In 2014 Parikh left medical school to launch Casper. As the son of a sleep doctor he was perfectly positioned to bridge the gap between the science of sleep and the realities of the sleep industry.
