Neela Montgomery is the CEO of Crate and Barrel Holdings. It is a global home furnishings retailer that includes the brands Crate and Barrel and CB2. Montgomery has been the executive board member for multichannel retail at the Otto Group. Montgomery has spent 12 years at Tesco PLC, one of the world's largest retailers where she served as the U.K.
general merchandise director on the company's U.K. board with multichannel accountability for an array of product categories and as U.K. e-commerce director and commercial director for Tesco Malaysia from 2007 to 2011. In June 2017 Montgomery joined the board of directors at Logitech."
