I was born in Massachusetts in 1986 but have lived in California since fifth grade and thus consider myself a Californian.I moved to Malibu in 2004 to attend college at Pepperdine University where I had a short stint as a science major but ultimately studied public relations and marketing. Upon graduation I moved to San Diego for a job in Public Relations. There I met my now-husband Brian and we got married in Temecula in 2011.I discovered my love for writing when I started blogging in 2008.
