Nancy Frey is a San Diego State University professor of educational leadership. Frey also teaches at San Diego's Health Sciences High and Middle College. She has received the American Association of State Colleges and Universities' Christa McAuliffe Award for Excellence in Teacher Education and the Literacy Research Association's Early Career Award.
