Nailah Ellis-Brown is the CEO of Ellis Infinity Beverage Company, which she founded in 2008. Ellis Infinity is the manufacturer of Ellis Island Tropical Tea, an all natural, antioxidant-rich hibiscus tea. Ellis Island Tea is a smooth, flavorful Jamaican blend, steeped in family tradition, brewed and bottled in Detroit. The crimson-colored iced tea can be found in quality-oriented upscale food markets and shops around Southeast Michigan, including Whole Foods Markets, Westborn Markets, Busch's Fresh Food Markets, Avalon International Breads, The Soup Dive, Goodwells Natural Market and Eastern Market, Detroit’s historic open-air market. The bottled hibiscus tea is now on the shelves of five Chicago Whole Foods Markets and can be found at Ellis Island and Liberty Island in the cafés and gift shops.

Ellis Infinity, LLC. operates out of a 4,000-square-foot production facility in Detroit across from the Russell Industrial Center, an area near I‐75 and I‐94 once known for auto manufacturing that now is becoming home to artists and other creatives. In addition to producing Ellis Island Tropical Tea, Ellis Infinity offers co-packaging services to other beverage companies.
