Mossi K. Tull is the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of Jackson and Tull (J&T) (www.jnt.com) an engineering and technology company founded in 1974 and based in the Washington DC region. Mr. Tull was born and raised in Washington DC. He received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Finance with a minor in history from Morehouse College in Atlanta GA. Mr.
Tull has completed the Strategic Finance for Small Business (SFSB) program at the Harvard Business School in Boston MA and the NMSDC Advanced Management Program at the Northwestern Kellogg School of Management in Evanston IL.After graduating from college in 1995 he joined J&T as a Financial Analyst.
