Monisha Kaltenborn was born in Monisha Narang on May 10, 1971. She is the current team principal of the Sauber Formula One team, in which she has a 33.3 percent share. Since January 2010, she has also served as the team's Chief Executive Officer. She is Formula One's first female team principal.
Kaltenborn was born in the Indian city of Dehradun. When she was a youngster, her family moved to Vienna, and she became an Austrian citizen. She studied law at the University of Vienna from 1990 to 1995, and then went on to obtain a master's degree in International Business Law at the London School of Economics in 1996.
