Miriam Horn has authored or co-authored three books including the best-seller Earth: The Sequel: The Race to Reinvent Energy and Stop Global Warming and Rancher Farmer Fisherman: Conservation Heroes of the American Heartland. Her first job was with the US Forest Service in Colorado doing timber management trail construction and education.Horn worked for the U.S. Forest Service on timber management mine reclamation and education before becoming a journalist.
