American television personality Michael Sorrentino, a.k.a The Situation, was born on July 4, 1982 in the New York City borough of Staten Island and was raised in Manalapan Township, New Jersey.
From 2009 through 2012, he appeared on all six seasons of Jersey Shore, an MTV reality show and on Jersey Shore: Family Vacation, he made a return to the franchise. In 1999, he graduated from Manalapan High School then he went on to Brookdale Community College where he earned an associate degree. He also attended Monmouth University and Kean University.
