Robles spent five years working for TWA in customer relations listening to complaints from irate customers all day long. He thought about seeking therapy but instead chose stand-up comedy. He decided to leave TWA for good when he received a call from an irate passenger who informed Mike You guys lost my husband's casket. Instead of sending the body to Hartford CT. it was shipped to Honolulu Hawaii. The next day's headline read Man arrives late for his own funeral .
