Mike Parrott works at Costco Wholesale as Vice President, General Merchandise Manager - Hardlines. Costco Wholesale is the world's largest warehouse membership club. As GMM – Hardlines, he and his team are in charge of selecting, acquiring, pricing, and marketing all tire, automobile, and hardware categories for the United States, as well as negotiating necessary global contracts.
Prior to joining Costco, he worked for 20 years at Procter & Gamble, the makers of Tide, Crest, Pampers, and other household products, where he held a variety of positions of increasing responsibility, including leading the Soap Sector's National Accounts business development ("opened" the Dollar Store segment for P&G as a Unit Manager) and eventually leading the multi-functional Warehouse Club business development efforts as P&G's first "Industry Manager." Mike holds a B.S.B.A.
