Berkson and Wambach both saw that the general public was unaware of the difficulties that the physically disabled group faces. The pair needed a way to get people's attention, so they came up with the wildest concept they could think of. Wambach planned to run across the country to raise awareness for those who had physical disabilities. The race would begin in Orlando, Florida, especially at Disney World, and conclude at Glenbrook South High School in Glenbrook, Illinois, where Berkson was a junior at the time.
