Born in Denmark, Mickey Beyer-Clausen is an award winning entrepreneur who has built a solid track record of creation, innovation, and execution for the past 20 years. He was one of the first persons to launch successful Internet businesses in the 90s and today, he develops mobile media. His products yielded what became five sustainable businesses in the technology sector and one foundation. Mickey is Mental Workout’s CEO, a business he established in 2009 with Tony Hanna, a fellow Dane, to incorporate the world of psychology and the power of mobile technology. Mental Workout began a revolutionary platform for delivering psychology-based content on mobile devices and the web. It’s a platform that can connect top-ranked experts with millions of people and create an exceptional cycle of development and learning. He co-founded two of the most flexible domain name services in the world, Ascio Technologies and Speednames as well as Trunk Archive, a full service image licensing agency representing the most sought after and interactive photographers. He achieved all of this before creating Mental Workout. He is also the creator of Happiness Foundation, another option to traditional philanthropy which gives pro-bono consulting services instead of money to non-profits. Mickey currently serves on the advisory board of HealthCorps, created by Dr. Mehmet Oz, to support the foundation's vision to lead a nationwide movement toward a new generation of healthy young people. He has also been part of several initiatives promoting his home country, Denmark since 2002. Mickey is regularly invited to speak at consumer and industry forums. He has also been a guest lecturer at INSEAD. Mickey is married to Allison Beyer-Clausen and they live with their two children in Southampton, New York.
